Enduro and downhill mountain bike trails are easily accessible from the Grand Jeu chairlift, which is open all summer (except Saturdays). Cross-country mountain biking, electric or not, discover the landscapes, the Esseillon forts, the Monolithe and the Pont du Diable at your own pace.

Discovery tours on a VTTAE?

Haute Maurienne also offers several "discovery" routes for pedaling to the valley's most beautiful landscapes. From your saddle, you'll be able to observe marmots, flora and heritage, with villages boasting authentic architecture and 19th-century forts... You'll also be able to admire the Vanoise or Charbonnel glaciers, and contemplate the immense Mont Cenis lake: a change of scenery guaranteed! You don't need to be a champion mountain biker to ride these trails, as you'll always be on beautiful, easy trails or small roads. And for an even easier way to tackle the slopes, try out the electrically-assisted mountain bikes.

Le Petit Bonheur

Saddle up for Espace Chantelouve

You can also take your mountain bike to Bessans on the aptly named "Chemin du Petit Bonheur", then try out the Chantelouve trails, a concentration of fun mountain biking for all levels: from children who have just taken off their wheels to experienced riders looking for a new mountain biking experience.

If you'd like to try it out, you can rent your mountain bike directly from Aussois and benefit from all the services you need for your cycling adventure: charging stations for your electric bike, repair kit, bike instructor.
