Opening of the Aussois slopes and Christmas Market
A day full of festivities!
Winter is just around the corner, and Aussois invites you to celebrate the opening of its ski season in a warm and festive atmosphere!
From Saturday, December 13, 2025, put on your skis, stroll through the artisans at the Christmas Market, sample the local flavours and vibrate to the rhythm of the entertainment and concerts that will light up the heart of the village.
1st ski day of the season!
Saturday, December 13, 20269am - First seat: be the first to board the Grand Jeu chairlift and make the first turns of the 2025/2026 season!
9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. - Ski first and win prizes!
Make the most of the slopes and meet up at 4pm at the Tourist Office stand at the Christmas Market for a tasting and lots of prizes to be won. The main prize is 1 week's skiing at Easter for 4 people in the campsite's new chalets + 4 ski passes + ESF family pack! Also up for grabs at this season launch: ski passes, entry to theAussois swimming pool, tubing descents... and many other surprises!
All-day entertainment
- Morning: Santa Claus on the slopes
- Afternoon: Santa Claus in the village
- 2 to 6 p.m.: creative Christmas decoration workshops at the Salle des Associations
- 4pm: Christmas concert with Accord'Oé
- 6pm: Festive parade by La Clique des Pompiers d'Aussois
- 7pm: children's dance show by the Lo Z'Oërin folk group in the village hall
- From 8pm: festive evening with musical aperitif, gourmet snacks, Christmas cookies and dancing with DJ Yo!

Christmas Market
From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., more than 40 exhibitors and local producers await you in the heart of the village: Savoyard specialities, handcrafted creations, local produce, tastings and entertainment for the whole family!
- Buns from the bread oven, icebreaker, candy wheel with the Ski Club
- Oyster stand by the Ski School
- Mulled wine and barley coffee with the Musée de l'Arche d'Oé
- Storytelling, Beaufort mascot, Beaufort lollipops and hot chocolate with the Haute Maurienne Dairy Cooperative
- Pony rides, make-up, glitter tattoos
- Climbing micro-test with Oé'scalade
