Accessible from the age of 8 for the easiest courses, canyoning is an ideal activity for families in search of gentle sensations, as well as for sports enthusiasts looking for a thrill.

Our must-see canyons :
- Canyon de l'Écot: the most emblematic canyon in Haute Maurienne Vanoise.
- La Boyat canyon: fun and refreshing.
- Petit Mont-Cenis canyon: the latest addition to the Bureau des Guides Savoie-Maurienne.
- Caprié canyon (Italy): a day trip combining jumps, slides and abseiling. After the effort, there's nothing to stop you prolonging the pleasure by enjoying an Italian pizza on site (not included in the activity).
- The Balmes Masquées dry canyon: a unique course, with several abseils in the heart of secret gorges and sculpted cargneules. A canyon atmosphere... but without the water!
