Flower essences counseling sessions aim to resolve emotional problems using Bach Flower Remedies and contemporary elixirs.

Description

Floritherapy is a natural method that uses flowers to balance emotions that hinder fulfillment and disrupt health. The elixirs we use enable us to become more aware, which in turn transforms our behavior and awakens our self-healing capacities.
It's a gentle, profound therapy that can accompany specific moments in life (pregnancy, transition periods, bereavement...) or an inner journey of evolution at any age.
This treatment method is equally suitable for adults and children. Flower essences are dietary supplements taken orally in drop form. They are totally natural, with no side effects. They are complementary and can support other therapeutic work or medical treatment. The support I offer is based on a sensitive approach to plants, to create a personalized blend of elixirs adapted to your needs (Bach flower remedies, contemporary flower essences).
NB: This therapy is also very effective for animals, which I also accompany with elixirs.

Sessions can be individual or group, indoors or outdoors, depending on your needs.

As a flower essence preparer, I'm committed to helping you become as autonomous as possible in your emotional journey.
