I Trobadores di Assisi play nearly 20 rare musical instruments. These nine Italian musicians will bring medieval music to life in all its vitality and diversity.

The ensemble features original instruments such as: the Gothic harp, medieval lute, portative organ, hurdy-gurdy, and rebec; the plucked-string doucemelle; historical percussion; double flute; drum flute; straight flute; bombarde; bagpipes; and medieval transverse flute.
In 2020, the ensemble won the Prix Italia Medievale.
