The Association of Traditional Cheeses of the Savoy Alps
Since 1997, the Association of Traditional Cheeses of the Savoy Alps (AFTAlp) has brought together stakeholders from the supply chains of the 8 Savoie cheeses bearing quality labels—supply chains that are themselves organized around 8 interprofessional associations. It is involved in monitoring official quality labels, supporting producers, and protecting and promoting these eight Savoyard cheeses.
