Refuge la Dent Parrachée
Located in the area of the Vanoise National Park 2,520 meters above sea level, overlooking dams of Plan d'Aval and Plan d'Amont, above the village of Aussois. Off guard, the refuge has a permanently open local winter 30 beds.

From the refuge, you can embark on: Tour of the Vanoise Glaciers with its green balcony, an ice crossing, an iconic summit Dent Parrachée like a rock face (the great Chatelard) ...
Or just an afternoon in the sun loungers! Time for a night, you'll also get to savor the atmosphere if special cohabitation aloft in a small space where each sharing the passion of the other.

Location
Walking time from the car park Plan d'Amont: 2 h, 500 m altitude difference, starting altitude 2000 m, no difficulty in summer.
In winter, to the d'Aussois station, take the chairlift then cross towards the refuge at ski 40 mn, snowshoe 1h 30. Possibility to mount the summer with a donkey.
