Le Lys Martagon is a very comfortable vacation cottage
classified 4**** (2021) equipped and rented for a family of 4.
The 4 **** apply to 4 people in 2 separate bedrooms (one with a 140/200 bed and one with 90/190 bunk beds).
Our gîte has also been awarded the 4 Cimes "Qualité Confort Hébergement" label by Haute Maurienne Vanoise since 2021.
Located on the 1st floor of a small residence in the village: shops, services and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Easy, free car parking nearby (unload your vehicle in front of the door). In winter, with the shuttle bus, you're just 3 minutes from the slopes. (Shuttle stop 50 m from our house). In summer, group activities are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
The apartment is east-facing (living room and bedroom-cabin) / west-facing (double bedroom and interior opening onto the kitchen), with new, high-performance equipment and meticulous decoration: a mountain and contemporary ambiance. Construction products are eco-friendly, with low emissivity, no solvents and bio-oils for wood and parquet flooring. The choice of natural materials (wood and wool) gives the apartment its character.
There's a master bedroom with its own shower, and an enclosed bedroom-cum-cabin that's well insulated - both thermally and acoustically - and very warm thanks to its wooden furniture, worked by the village carpenter. A fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, and a family bathroom with a bathtub will ensure you spend a very comfortable vacation.

We're not in a big complex, our apartment combines calm, quality, originality and comfort.

Light suitcases: Beds made up on arrival (sheets, comforter covers, pillowcases), kitchen towels, bath mats and basic necessities all included.

Family Plus Label: Children's drawing chairs and table, stroller, high chair, cot on request at no extra charge. (Except baby bedding provided by you).
