Brasserie d'Oé - Brewery in Savoie at Aussois

Organic, artisanal and Maurienne beers, made with a maximum of local products to limit the ecological impact of the transport of our raw materials. Beers on sale directly and on draught at the beer bar - La Brasserie d'Oé.

Description

Our philosophy: A varied and evolving range with about ten beers to taste. The brewers are interested in testing new recipes. The objective: to satisfy the curiosity of the brewers while delighting the palate of the amateurs. We want to create a social link around the brewery.

The brewers: Three curious, enterprising and greedy friends, beer making is a passion that complements their mountain jobs.
Julien, first-aid worker and high mountain guide in Aussois. Cédric, high mountain guide. Seb, a former mountain rescue worker and refuge keeper (Avérole) now manages the shop and bar.

We sell Oé beers in a small geographical area around the production site in order to reduce transport. Oé's beer is also on sale in the shops of Aussois and the surrounding resorts as well as in the Biocoop of Modane and Saint Jean de Maurienne.
