Snowshoe itinerary: Discovery trail
Feel the soul of the Maurienne, between pine forests, stone walls and fortifications. The walk opens onto vast panoramas: the Dent Parrachée, the Maurienne valley and the Esseillon forts.
Description
Standing proudly on its rocky spur, Fort Marie-Christine seems suspended between sky and mountain, a stone guardian watching over the passage of time. Further down, a stone house
murmurs the history of the mountain people.
