The Royal Canin Grand Odyssey - Stage 6 Aussois

Aussois hosts the 6th stage of La Grande Odyssée Royal Canin, Europe's annual sled dog event. Europe's top mushers will be on hand for a spectacular race.

Description

For several years now, the Royal Canin Grande Odyssée has established itself as the premier event for elite mid-distance mushers.
The start at the base of the slopes is always a spectacular sight, with the dogs pawing the ground at the starting line.
Free activities are also planned in the starting village.
Schedule:
• Grand Nord Village open at the “ Aussois ” snowfront: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Continuous departures of dog sled teams from the snowfront: 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Dog sled teams arrive at the Aussois snowfront continuously: 4:45 p.m. to 6:40 p.m.
• Awards ceremony at the Aussois snowfront: 5:45 p.m.
