Description

For artists, the mountains are an inexhaustible source of emotion. Through the outdoor sports she enjoys, such as cycling, hiking and skiing, Dominique GROS-RAMEL finds inspiration in the beauty of nature.
Living in the Maurienne region, it was around the age of 19 that her passion for painting took hold of her. Familiar with watercolors, she was quickly drawn to the smells, textures and color palette of oil paint. Self-taught, she learns from her mistakes as she creates. Her artistic work oscillates between the figurative and the abstract. Her penchant for energetic tones brings joy, escape and happiness.
