In summer, buses serve all the villages and resorts of Haute Maurienne Vanoise as well as the main tourist attractions.
From Aussois, the S52/S53 bus takes you directly to the Modane train station and the villages of Val Cenis, Bessans, and Bonneval-sur-Arc.
In winter

In winter, buses serve all the villages and resorts of Haute Maurienne Vanoise.
- To go directly to the Modane train station or the Val Cenis resort: bus S52
- To get to La Norma: Line F

Transport on demandIn the spring and fall, take advantage of a new bus service* to get around the Haute Maurienne Vanoise region.
*Bus service requires a reservation.
Internal bus routes Aussois in winter
Downhill and cross-country ski trails
The A1 line serves the whole village, with stops at La Tompaz, La Buidonniere, the campsite, the swimming pool, the village hall, Longecôte, the village center and Maison d' Aussois. An easy way to get to the start of the ski lifts (stop "Maison d'Aussois").
The A2 line connects Aussois the Sardières Nordic Ski Area. It runs daily, except Saturdays, from December 14 until the Sardières Nordic Ski Area closes.
Both ski buses are accessible with ski boots on.

Bus included with 6-day + ski passes
With your Aussois or longer ski pass, you get unlimited access to buses S50, S51, S52, and S53, which serve the entire area , from Sunday through Friday!
Please note: for safety reasons (speed of evacuation), you cannot keep your ski or snowboard boots on your feet on buses S50, S51, S52 and S53. You can put them in the hold with your ski/snowboard and poles. Cross-country ski boots allowed.
